After going haywire for the whole week, the internet is back in this house

Phew...terkejut when I successfully connected the wifi 

(I forgot to turn off the modem when i went out in the evening)

Anyway, it's a good news

But so far this whole trip had given me more unexpected surprises + new experiences + extra expenses

So to make up for last Wednesday's post I'll talk about what I did for Sunday - Wednesday

Stepped onto this island on Sunday nite, and was brought by my cousin (yw) to celebrate his Father-in-law's birthday in Blossom88 Western Restaurant

The food was worth the price paid, which is just so-so, it comes in a set including 1 main (chicken chop for me), a mushroom soup, a dessert (brownies) and a drink (iced mocha was my choice)

The whole set was RM15-16 which is reasonable with the nice environment + free wifi

A specialty of the shop is the lucky wheel to get additional discounts

with the condition that one receipt order at least 3 sets

So I (labelled) as the only kid of the table was sent to roll it which reflected my current luck

*kinda bad luck* got the least (5%) haaha (minus out the tax then)

Highest is 50%, but the chance is 1/32 >.<

*The mushroom soup served with pieces of bread in it*

I'll rate the taste around 6.5 over 10 but it's considered nice at that price

Settled down and then planned my transportation for next day when I could still online on Sunday nite

I shall put Monday's event on next post

Small island, simple n nice people

Helpful and warmth, service is nice as well

Almost end of this thai trip, adventurous and filled with surprises

Not gud timing

Alrite, this will be super short post

Had been spending several days here in penang

Found tat the public transport (bus) is quite nice, with no long waiting time and there are apps available to check for bus number going to desired destination

Its pretty easy if wanna go around in the island

Anyway, had been living 2 days without internet and staying home, due to rain Nd phone line disruption

Anyway, planned my route 2moro to go kedah

Hope it'll work out well ^^

I wonder if the budget hotel has wifi haha

Gotta go off to kohlipe on friday!! 

Anticipating...Exciting...FUN!!

YAY!! So excited about it!

Finally, I'll be on a short trip for about 1.5 weeks

Well I gotta first thank cousin who've been so nice to allow me crashing in his place for the whole week

A whole week I can roam around in that island, I've prepared a list of places to visit!!

Just hope it'll be a safe and fun trip (for sure I expect it to be tiring)

Not only this, it'll be followed by another trip to Kohlipe in Thailand with a fren!!

Arghhh thinking about this whole plan is making me going hype now >.<

Attended a sort of grand birthday celebration of a cousin (21st) in restaurant, buffet dinner

Not really close with her and have not been meeting very often, usually twice a year or so, on family event or special occasion
Anyway, hope she had enjoyed it coz overheard she telling an aunt
That this celebration was made so grand is her dad's desire, she preferred it to be simpler with less people
I've noticed most of the elderly dont even know who we are, they're just here because of my uncle's invitation
But still, I think parents will want the best for their children, still it had achieved quite a good goal, a chance for cousins to meet up, even an aunt came back from SG :D
Alrite, I'm done packing all stuffs I'll nid, hope I wont lose my way in the foreign land and got to snap some pretty shots! = )

Last Gathering for now =D

Morning jog with insufficient sleep time had taken its toll
I ended up sleeping for most of the remaining of the day >.<
Happened to me on Sunday and 2day
Well Sunday was better, at least I went to grandma house and have some chatting time with cousins
So funny to hear them talking abt the grandpa that I had little memory of him
Heard that he had some OCD in cleaning dishes and utensils in kitchen, how he had been buying groceries in bulk to keep them stocked up in the house etc etc, all funny stories = )
I wonder if I've inherited the OCD from him? hahah
And how I had not called him for once as 外公, instead I called him BABAK! hahaha
*I have no idea why I did that*

Went to lim teh and chit chat with old frens before they're off for their next semester
at a cafe, Calanthe Art Cafe
It serves cafe of 13 states in M'sia, which is kinda unique but too bad I didn't try any of them hahaha
I had a cappuccino which is just average for me, with a little lack of caffeine taste
But the environment in there feels very nice and fine
We took up a table closer to hind part of the shop, becoz we can't find seat that can fit all 8 of us
And the place looks just like home, with small table and old fashion cushion seat
A fren's comment on ice blended peppermint said the drink was nice, I'm not gonna try it after smelling it haha I guess it feels like drinking 枇杷膏 but I do like to eat peppermint flavoured ice cream
Anyway we've had some good times there, let's go for new place for another gathering =D

Alrite I'm a little bit overwhelmed 2day

By two opposite emotions hahaha

Firstly is the headache caused by this rental stuff with the question on trustworthy of the opposing party

I've became too focused on it until I can't recall what I've done for pass 2 days

Mostly hmm just some grocery shopping, jogging routine, lunch outing sort of activities

Nothing biggie as today's

Hence with the agent from owner FFK me, hence I've learnt to let it go and be freed from it

Hope he can handle it well and we'll get what is ours back =)

After getting my part done, I went on hunting for more BOOKS

Well it all thanks to boss of the Bookalicious book store in Summit who had called me few days back, just to inform me The Traitor Queen I've long for had arrived *the service is super nice, thumbs up*

That's part of the thing that make me regular customer of this book store

Another thing that's made my day is my generous parents who're always supportive on my OCD in collecting books

OCD as in once I've started buying book a book, I'd want the whole series >.<

At this moment of 'pocket kosong', they're willing to 'lend me a hand' to get these books

I'm too damn happy and feel so blessed at this moment

The boss even offer to have his fren who is from mlk to deliver book for me if I gotta buy books from him when I'm not in Subang ^^

End's coming

Life's getting little better with daily jogs habit

But the nocturnal lifestyle is still hard to modify >.<

Anyway, these days had been pretty nice apart from boredom of staying in home

Tried several new stuffs like Big Bowl ice and Orang Belanda Cafe

The ice was just okok like what served by other ice shops *I quite like the choco flavor*

The pieces of fruits placed on top of it were too chunky, too big for one bite

They could have cut into smaller size, which could help to reduce cost and they can be placed more nicely on the ice

Went to the Cafe to tried a food which I dont know what it's called

I call it as expensive roti canai/pancake

The taste was a little like pancake, soft nice scent and little sweet taste but it's thinner than pancake

the edge was also fried which made it crispy =D

But i guess the main thing is the sauce, tangy orange smth with alcohol (I was surprised by the alcohol scent when it's served)

The shop is small with limited seats but there was no customer when we visited it, decoration was fine and the wall was painted in purple color 

*helps to cold down abit since the air cond was not switched on during our visit*

I love how this flower is used as decoration = )

Staying with home with company of some random animals feels kinda fun as well

have got a cat and squirrel peeking into my living room when I left the door half opened

Had been trolling with the puppy next door as well >.<
